Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Parking is available on the premises for upto 300 cars on a first come first serve basis. There is plenty of street parking too ! Rest assured we got you covered for stress free a parking experience.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
All ceremony are in semi-indoor areas. All locations in the venue has the same design except "Swadista" (The dining hall) which is completely indoor. There is plenty of space to stretch your legs and a lush green lawn to keep you kids entertained.
When is the Confirm Attendance deadline? Can I call / text ? or should I do it online?
We prefer you respond to us online so that its easier to track. However, don't hesitate to give us a call or shoot be a text (or WhatsApp) on +1 (970) 825-2230 (or click the phone icon in the page footer) we will make sure your needs are addressed.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at least half an hour before the start of each event, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the events started as scheduled!
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
If you are traveling from out of station and need of accommodation, please click here to take you to our form. We will make necessary arrangements based on your schedule.
Are the event locations wheelchair accessible?
All locations except the Rudraksha (dome) is wheelchair accessible. There are exactly 3 steps to the main floor. Its not ideal but should be easy to grip-push with least effort.
Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
